I specialize in working with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. My main therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but will also employ other modalities like narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and others when appropriate. I seek to strike a balance between supporting and challenging you, all while maintaining a safe and inspiring space for you.
